Business value is created when we align our Brand, business model, and Structures.
Brand – 'who' we are here to serve, our 'purpose', what we are here to do, and our 'asset', the capability we are here to share
Business Model – generates the revenue, our products and services, our marketplace and how we access it through our sales process to maximise impact
Structure – systems and processes that drive the sustainability of growth, as well as how we share our business wealth and success to give to those who can't necessarily afford our Value but who could benefit from us being here, for example, through charitable foundations.
